Hello Maya provides a wide range of therapeutic and wellness approaches to tailor a therapeutic or wellness plan that best suits you and your needs. Our mental health therapists are trained in multiple modalities and utilize an eclectic style which may include approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), and more. They take your experiences, learning style, therapeutic needs and goals into consideration and cater to various mental health and wellness needs.
Similarly, our wellness (unlicensed) practitioners are well-trained in the modalities they practice in and are experienced to provide a holistic treatment plan that supports and supplements your wellness goals.
At this time, we do not direct bill to insurance plans or extended health benefits. Fees for service are charged to your card on file at the start of each session and a receipt will be emailed to you so you can claim for reimbursement. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and what they cover. Not all of our practitioners are covered by insurance.
